Tim Meissner started practicing yoga in 2000 while searching for a remedy for Bursitis in his hips. He quickly became hooked and began teaching yoga in 2004. He has learned from various branches of Yoga, including Iyengar, Ashtanga and Hatha. Tim teaches classes that range from “Yoga for Beginners” to more advanced “Vinyasa Yoga” classes including inversions and challenging variations. His attention to detail helps ensure proper alignment to reduce injuries or strains. While his humor at times has you chuckling, his calm, soothing approach will help you reach new depths in not only your poses, but your whole practice.
